Delivery
We are delighted to now offer a “Click and Collect” service from our shop at Shannon Town Centre, Shannon, Co Clare. You can purchase the item you want online and then save on postage by collecting the item instore within 5 days from the date of purchase. Just click on the “pick up instore” button at Checkout.
We ship worldwide.
Standard certified Irish delivery with An Post Postal Service takes 2-3 working days.
UK Delivery: €6.00 and takes approximately 3 working days
Europe Delivery: €8.00 and takes approximately 7 working days
Rest of the World: €10.00 and takes approximately 7-14 working days
Standard flat rate of €3.50 Irish postage rate. There is free postage on Orders over €50.00 and will automatically be discounted at checkout.
Orders received before 3.00pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day. Orders received after 3.00pm will be shipped the following day. On Bank Holiday’s, items will be shipped the next day.
Returns
StyleLoft.ie hopes that you are happy with all of your purchases but if you wish to return an item, we ask that the item(s) is returned to us within 14 days from the original order date. Items must be in their original packaging including tags attached together with reason for return. Items must not be soiled, deodorant or tan stained. If these conditions are not adhered to, there will be no refund.
We ask that you email us at sales@styleloft.ie before returning an item!
Please allow 10-14 working days after we receive the returned goods to credit the refund to your account.
Send all returns to: StyleLoft, A1/A2 Shannon Town Centre, Shannon, Co Clare. We would advise that you obtain a certificate of postage. Please note that we are not liable if a package does not reach us.
THERE IS NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS!!
Exchanges
We do not offer exchange of item. If you wish to get an item in a different size etc, please return the original item and re-order the desired item.
Faulty Goods.
Faulty items will be refunded in full including postage and return postage to a maximum of €5.00 within 14 days from the date of you receiving the order.
